Our process starts with a free initial consultation with one of our in-house mortgage experts. During this meeting, we’ll take the time to understand your unique circumstances, because we know that no two clients are the same. We’ll work with you to assess how much you can borrow and explore the best options available for your needs.

Once we’ve thoroughly reviewed your situation, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of the fees involved and exactly when they’ll be due.

Our typical fee is £495, which is split into two easy instalments:

• £295 is payable upon submission of your full mortgage application to our chosen mortgage provider. By this stage, we will have completed our research, agreed your mortgage in principle, and presented a tailored recommendation to you.
• The remaining £200 is due once we’ve received your mortgage offer, confirming that everything is in place.

We believe our service represents excellent value for money, offering you not only expert guidance and personalised recommendations, but also access to a range of mortgage providers and insurance options that we’ve carefully vetted.

In addition to our fee, we may receive a commission from the mortgage provider, which will be fully disclosed to you. If we arrange any mortgage-related insurance products on your behalf, we may also earn a commission from the provider, which will also be disclosed.
